RTI RTI prophet l , Gage in the rear..

I have a prophet l set up in 177,22, 25, and 30 caliber , Kinda of a closet gun, But I would like to put a digital gauge in the rear of the gun,, It seem all the digital gages are to big.
and body done this and kept the part numbers ,,, I think RTI made the port to install a back pack bottle or something ,,,,

By too big, do you mean the gauge face is too big to fit between the side plates where the rear foster fitting is mounted?

I put my small SEKHMET gauge in there. Just make sure to use the appropriate size o ring in there and you’ll be good to go.

And be careful taking out that foster fitting. Use the right size socket and if it fights you at all, put heat to it. A couple years ago a guy made a mess of his gun getting it out. Mine came out of my Priest fairly easy but I hit it with some heat first.

Yeah early models they used a sealant on there that stripped the fine threads making you have to fin a new way to seal the block. Heat is your friend and lots of it.

I was fortunate with this one, the rear foster was sealed with a dowty seal. Some of the earlier versions were loc-tighted on and were a bear to get off.

This would be a cool application for use with the RTI Huma adjustable reg. The Huma gauge just shows bottle pressure. Having the gauge as shown in Scotty1’s pic would be a great way to see if the Huma tape on the regulator actually IS the regulator pressure. Now all I need are the stones the apply a torch to my Foster fitting
