I added a baffle to my Priest 2, which has the original shorter shroud. I made up the difference with a short piece of tubing. I’m still testing, but so far, so good. I sent some 20.2 nsa slugs through it yesterday at around 900fps and it’s working well…so far.

This compact was a tough one because it's a .30 cal and all the other cans and guns I have built are super quiet!

Is that the stock barrel spacer or one you did? The stock one has holes so small that I think the shroud oring closes them off once all put back together.

Your's looks more affective than the stock one.

Bully's barrel spacer is more effective. One of the reasons is because the OD of the spacer is tighter to the ID of the CF shroud and the o-ring does not partially block the holes like the factory setup. The factory spacer and aluminum shroud had some play that allowed the barrel to be off-center to the shroud end-cap. This resulted in some people have clipping with a moderator. Bully's spacer will be going thru another change to quiet the airgun a bit more.

Problem with the stock one is the oring groove goes right through the holes. I would be interested if any air gets to the back of the shroud on the stock spacer.

The stock o-ring washer does allow air to pass thru to the back of the shroud. Two owners of prophet compacts I know commented on the resulting "pingggg" after firing thats a bit annoying. You can contact Bullysyclone about his de-pinger-cf shroud/moderator kit.

Mine has a LW barrel so it shoots about anything 18 gr at 910 or so it’s really accurate

The best add on IMO is the 3D printed Cheek Rest. I did the MikeVV (Daystate) baffle mod. My compact .22 weighs in at 7.5# as pictured not counting the bipod.
