If you check out the RTI webpage, there's a "Naked Prophet2" assembly for sale.

One way to get the updated valve area and plenum. It already says on the shop page that the new barrel will work on the old platform.

Yep, I grabbed my Prophet Performance LR .22 when I did because I wanted that 32:1 slow twist LW polygonal barrel for pellets- and it’s awesome!! Because that barrel is proprietary to RTI, its unlikely LW can sell it to other airgun manufacturers. So now I have a “classic”! I can always add the new Prophet 2 barrel, but I figured it was gonna to tough to get that Prophet 1 barrel once the Prophet 2 started shipping with the faster twist rate barrels (supposedly for better slug shooting- I don’t shoot slugs).
