RTI Bottle change ????

Nothing stops you to install it Mike, same threads. Go for it, test it and see if you like it. Don't know if it will interfere with your suppressor. I remember that was an issue with the Priest 2 because the bottle had the same length as the barrel, they added an inch or so to the Prophet, but those 700cc bottles are huge, also they have a small diameter, it might not be an issue. Give it a try and share

Got my 700cc bottle in today, , My Uragan 177 is getting a reseal so its out of the test. I just last night ran my compressor and filled all my tanks and two big tanks,, I am going to do a little shooting before emptying my Prophet tank to switch bottles, , But putting them up side by side looks like my Tatsu from Donny will clear the bottle,

Ok I installed my 700cc bottle on my Prophet with 177 barrel and 500cc OEM bottle, As predicted the Tatsu was a fight fit, I could ease the shroud up a little and start the threads,,,, I had a older LDC around Donny's are some body's It touches the shroud just when the LDC starts to screw in,,, Could sand it down a little might not look real pretty..
But my 177 shot count should be pretty crazy,,,, I am going to see what the very slight touching of the shroud does to my accuracy tomorrow,,

DonnyFL sells a 2”shroud extension for the RTI

Thanks, I went ahead and ordered the 2" shroud extension, I also ordered a Tanto its 4.22X5" and the Tatsu just touched the 700cc tank at , So I think the Tanto will work,
Found a carbon fiber 4.3 x 7 " filled a little down on the end that screws onto barrel,
painted black , Don't look bad, I can slip writing paper between the tank and shroud so its not touching,,And yes I can see light between the two...
Shot all day with side trips of do this do that, went through about 10 magazines and the Tank is still sitting on 200 bar , Lots of shots . Just typical Prophet accuracy , DAM where did that pellet go (48 yards) hole in hole they always get me , LOL

Orion keeps us informed on your bottle swap, I am going to get one of the big dollar compacts from RTI, I got all the barrels and a spare 500 cc bottle so why not... I got to give credit to my Uragan 177 fill the 580 cc bottle and shoot many days. That started it I was so impressed with the gun. Now with my Prophet setting on a 700cc tank I bet I can get easy 100 shots with the 30 caliber making big power 900 FPS and above .

If you enlarge the picture you can see where I had to sand down the end of the moderator, Prophet feels a lot better with the extra butt plate on it. But how do you set the gun up with the butt plate on?? My bag rider is just and old ax handle I sawed off. I was going to stain it just never got around to it.

Don't know what all the light mockery is all about.... 😊

This looks like an extremely practical tool... — that should already have come from the factory standard with a bigger bottle (like most bottle guns, especially .25cal and up).

Just my 2c....

I'm struggling to get a reasonable amount of shots out of an RTI compact — can't at all understand why RTI choose such a narrow bottle, wasting 36% of air that could easily have been at the shooter's disposal....


But how cool is it that we have all these bottle options available to us now. 👍🏼

I'm adding a bottle I bought from Alsafe, the 300cc to my compact, it was around $130 directly from them, I think it's a direct replacement, bottle will be here tomorrow.

A friend sent me a picture he added a Leshiy bottle to the compact but he needed to sand the shroud too... Good thing about that bottle is that you gain an extra 50cc

I really like the 700cc on the picture Mike, the moderator is the only issue. I think we need a looong aftermarket shroud, the adapter to extend it is not going to be enough.
