I ordered one of the first RTI Priests to hit our shores. In fact, my serial number is 0036.
I have developed an issue with my regulator and noted on the RTI site that that their new externally adjustable reg would fit. I ordered one through AoA and it arrived today. I opened the box and started to put the new reg on the existing bottle.... nope. Doesnt fit.
I emailed RTI while I was on hold with AoA and Rob at RTI answered within 5 minutes. After a little email back and forth asking for specifics, Rob noted that some of the very earliest guns had bottles that had different threads. He is having a new bottle sent to me now that will fit!
The quick turn around (literally within minutes of my email, my issue was resolved) and the willingness to take care of their customers is TOP NOTCH with RTI.
