I've had the wood stock version made in 1978 for sometime. And found a second variant in very good condition. It is a 1.5 inchs shorter the rear sight is different there are no sling swivels and has bakelite stock. It was marked 1969.
Those are really kinda cool little rifles. I never realized there were two versions, I'd only ever seen the wood-stocked ones. Thanks for the nice pics!
The design seems to be influenced by the old Diana model 15 and 16 rifles, or an eastern-European equivalent.
