I am curious about ARBR. What are some examples of rifles which are suitable for BR? Some examples of state of the art, upper tier and middle tier would be much appreciated.

Any rifle really. I just got a great deal on a pre owned crown mk 2 in 25 cal. I’m putting the saber tax chassie on it and some weights with my accu Tec wide bipod. This will be my designated pellet bench rest setup.
