Rifle and front rest rules, Fairfield

I plan on shooting some benchrest matches at Fairfield in Ohio. Where can I find a copy of the rules for their matches?

I am about to order a rifle and am looking for a front rest. I want to make sure they are compliant.

Thanks!
Thank you for your interest in events a Fairfield Sportsmen's Association. Our 100-yard benchrest matches adhere to ASA rules as do several of the larger National airgun BR events. You can find the full set of rules here: https://airgunsporting.org/benchrest-rules/. The rules are not very specific on rests and almost any will be allowed. Two piece of any type is ok, one piece is ok, bipods are ok. A bipod on the front and a lab jack on the rear is the setup preferred by the majority of our shooters.

If all goes well, we also plan to add a couple National50 benchrest matches. N50 50-yard matches also allow nearly any type of rest too (https://www.national50.net/rules). For more info or if you want to ask more questions we also have a Facebook group page, “Airguns at Fairfield Sportsmens Association”. That page has lots of pictures and results from past events.

We look forward to seeing you at the club next year,
Jeff Swartz
