I call all of my orders in and Rich is a super guy to deal with. He will go to the store room to make sure items are in stock and if I have questions about an item he will go find someone to get the answers and never rush me. I might be ordering too much because he recognizes my voice. It is the people that make a business a success and AoA has great people.

I agree, Rich at AoA is a great guy to work with. He has always been up front about products in the store. He knew what I was shooting and did not try to up sale me on things I didn’t need.
