Reticle and target out of focus on SWFA 10x42

Hi All,

I just got a fixed 10x swfa scope and I'm trying to zero it at 10 yards and I'm noticing that I can't get the target and reticle focus at the same time. Either I can get the reticle focused but then the target is a little blurry or I can get the target clear but the reticle blurry. What gives? Is my parallax off?

The swfa adjusts down to 10 m, and my range is 10 yards only... I'm wondering if those extra couple of feet are affecting image clarity.

Thanks!

Basic recommendation but have you tried focusing the eye piece before doing anything to the parallax?

Hi I have. I've been keeping the parallax at 10m and trying to use the eye focus only.

I found this video is helpful in correctly setting your diopter,

FYI, Skylar is no longer with SWFA is you call the company
