Replacement burst disk

To anyone looking for cheaper burst disk for air filter or air venturi 4500psi compressor check these out. Worked perfect and got 20 on the package. Two weeks to get but worth it. 8.5mm fit in yong heng as well. Most of the others listed are not large enough only 7 mm.

Pyramyd Air sells burst discs for the Air Venturi 4500 compressor @ $6.49 each. They don't list size but suspect it's 8.5mm. Not long ago a member questioned if another option existed for AV burst discs, other than PA's offer. Good find will keep this in mind if issue resurfaces. WM.

From a hardness perspective, are these somewhat standard? I have a Benjamin ReCharge compressor and a large air/oil filter with burst disks. I realize the diameter might be an issue but otherwise can these Tuxing disks be used?

I would say yes they are rated for 4500psi 7k burst. I used my air venturi 4500psi compressor yesterday and it worked perfectly.

What does the 7K mean?

Not fully sure but I think in a 4500psi burst disc the actual burst rating is 7.5k psi. Which allows a 4500psi fill.
Someone with more experience may be able to add more. These fit my tuxing blue filter as well.

There rated by working pressure

Like 4500 working / 7000 burst

A 3000 takes less burst disk say 5000

So if mr dum dum takes his 3000 psi tank and puts a 7k disk in it thinking hes going to fill ot to 4500+ .lol. Ya.. hope im not around when it " bursts"

Anyway dont know why the burst pressure is near double working . Seems kinda extreme..lol
