Renegade .25 HP eating breach o rings

Have change o ring every 50 to 100 shots. Using external reg at 190 bar. Bad o rings look good with a 10x loupe next to a new one. Have been lightly lube on probe and using 25 and 34gr. Jsb'. Have asked Huub for recommendation for reg.
Any ideas?

My .22 Renegade's breech seal began leaking when it was only two weeks old. It looked fine when I examined it under a loupe but I changed it anyway. I used some silicone grease on it and it has been good since then, but the jury is still out.

I had same issue, went with Viton Material orings and only use JSB Mark II pellets. Issue went away.

Just had to replace another "O" ring breech seal today...leaking again.

Seems to be a design problem. I Need to get some Viton o rings and try them. I think they are 6 x 1.5 -70. Is this correct for the .25 ? Anybody!!! And where from?

Mine is .22 and only about 2 months old. I'll be talking to AOA about it and see what they recommend. End of the month is a Daystate Owners Club shoot at Rio Salado Range (EBR location) here in Mesa so I'll be talking to the factory people as well. I'll let you know what they say.
