Im moving to Salem, Virginia in about 60 days. I havent really looked into hunting much there yet. Coming from Az where we can airgun hunt pretty much anything Im hoping I can atleast small game hunt there!

I'm in Blacksburg, VA about 30 miles from Salem. This part of Virginia has a lot of National Forrest land which is open to the public for hunting. You just need a hunting liscense. Airguns are legal for hunting here in VA, there are caliber / game requirements. You can pick-up the state hunting regulations at any Walmart or sporting goods store. The Regulations spell out what can be hunted, with what size airgun. Welcome to the neighborhood.

You might reach out to Nathan at Blue Ridge Airguns. He's about an hour and a half north of you in Verona. Very nice guy, have bought several rifles from him. And I'm pretty sure he's into airgun hunting in the area.
