Would it improve accuracy to fit a Lane (or similar) regulator to a Daystate Mk3 with the electronic trigger?

Absolutely .... Did my 12 step power MK-3 @ 3 years ago. Also put a PEEK striker tip on the solenoid core.
Just make sure you add some plenum spacing if above a .177 caliber. Also open up the intake into the valves interior.

The intake has already been opened up slightly so that part is done. I'm in the UK so not heard of a Peek striker tip but found out PEEK is a plastic material so I presume custom made? Also could you give me more info on plenum spacing please (the rifle is .22 cal) , do I need to measure volume in cc's or can you give me an approximate thickness of spacer?
Might be a little complicated for me but we will see

Pending WHAT GENERATION of MK3 you have ? ... ( Receiver held down with 4 screws or 6 ) the valves will differ slightly in there length and internal volume, hence knowing the spacing will differ.
What your looking for is at minimum 1/2 cc per Ft Lb of output power. In a .22 cal based in the UK, we talking a Sub 12 ft lb tune of FAC power ?

The rifle is an FAC version and currently putting out around 24 ft lb on full power setting. The receiver is the 6 screw type and has 2 sealing rings on the valve body.
I would like to keep the power at the same or similar level after fitting the reg also, which reg do you recommend, Huma or Lane?
