Regal XL?

I ordered a Daystate Regal XL. It is my first PCP. I am going to use the scope and rings off of my R1. The R1 has "divots" along the dovetail for a pin on the bottom of the ring to help from sliding along the dovetail.

Question: Does the Regal XL have any of these divots along the dovetail.

Very good choice, you’ll be quite happy with it. I picked up a 22 cal huma regged version a few months ago and it’s a fine shooter.

I’m 99% sure they do not have “divots”, as there is no need for them as it is completely recoiless.

I think the Regal XL is an excellent choice. At one point in my PCP "journey" I found myself in thrall to the powerful PCPs, .25 caliber to .357 caliber. I guess one could say that I've come full circle, as I now find myself using my 2nd PCP acquisition -- the Regal XL .177 cal. -- more and more.

My scope base had a "roll pin" installed. I have removed it without any issues.

On the top of the dovetail scope rail, they are threaded for screws to secure the top receiver breech block to the valve assembly group. They are not "divots" made for a scope stop. They are also too small. The threads can be ruined if attempting to use them as one.

Yup..sweet first gun choice. As with Sigma it isn't my most powerful AG, but I'm never parting ways with mine. Too fine an example all the way around.
