Regal Crowning?

Adoption papers have been filed on a Bucket List gun. Huntsman Regal XL is incoming in the near future. My new bundle of joy will need a crown. What size scope rings do I need for it? What brands do you recommend? Any other accessories that may be a must?

I have high 30mm BKL rings on mine with an SWFA 10X. Also added a huggett as the factory ldc is not very effective. I love my regals as I have both .22 and .177.

Same, BKL high rings in silver, they look great. Like Cahill said, get yourself a moderator, the factory moderator is just for show. I have a DonnyFL Sumo on mine and the loudest thing you hear is the hammer slap and a second later, your pellet hitting its target. Great gun, I absolutely love mine too.

Thanks guys! This one actually comes with a full Huggett Shroud. I do love me some Sumo, as I have one on my Cricket. But I have seen pictures of it on a Regal & to me it was very aesthetically unpleasing.

You happen to know BKL model #? Already have a Hawke 4-16 for it.

I agree with you on the look of the sumo on the regal, I have sumos on my w/cat and taipan, look great, super quiet, put one on the regal, super quiet, but looks out of place. The hugget belita or standard I think would look better but more dough. I also moved my cocking arm down closer to the stock, that gave more clearance when cocking to clear the scope. I do believe DonnyFL would have a market for a smaller hugget.

You will need the hight rings to clear the magazine
if your going to single load you can use a 44mm scope
and use the medium high rings . I hope this helps .

The high profile BKL mounts clear the magazine and positions the scope well for a good cheek weld and repeatable eyebox. I like the double strap version since it has the built in threaded hole for the BKL level.

Thats a Hawke Frontier 2.5-15X 50mm on top.

For my Artemis, I ended up with the BKL-301, they are 2 Pc double strap for 30 mm tube, they are working great with the MTC Viper pro 3-18x50.
