Nice hunting and looks like good eating too. Wish I had the squirrels it seems you have to shoot. This was the first year in about 10 that I went out squirrel hunting since getting back into air rifles. There just was not the amount of squirrels as there was in the past. Congrats again on the hunt and getting your buddy into it too. Bill

Boiled the meat in Zatarains Redbeans and rice mix, removed the meat and bone it back into the mix, added spicy sausage. Slow cooked in crock pot.. Easy peasy,
