I've had a Red Wolf standard power .22 a few months. I'm very pleased with the rifle, with the exception of accuracy when using the magazine. In general, it's good, but I get an occasional flyer. And it can be extreme, maybe 2" at 25 yards. When using the single shot tray, it's as accurate as any air rifle I have owned. Since I don't generally use the magazine, it's been out of mind for a while. With squirrel season in, I had considered taking it hunting, but the magazine issue concerns me, since it could result in a miss, or worse, a poor hit. I have read of other folks having this problem too, so I think it is more than an isolated incident. I have two mags, and can tell no difference in their performance. My assumption is, the occasional pellet is somehow getting damaged in movement to the breech. I've tried to be very careful and slow in advancing the lever, not sure if I see any difference. I'm curious if anyone has found a technique that alleviates this problem. Or, maybe there was an issue with a run of magazines.
