...I saw where a guy put a Burris Fast Fire on his Beeman P1 and thought "I can do that "...
...only I want put this Vortex on my AP16...it is the successor to the Fast Fire IMHO...the 3 MOA model popped back up @ Amazon but it sold out already...I got one...I just hope it is not also a counterfeited model...
..I already got and tried those cool UTG adapters...I used one to mount a TRS 25 to my AR7 instead of the heavy adapter I had been using that was designed for springers...and the scope is "out for delivery"...this place rocks...
...the Barska unit in service works quite well but is too dark, and the dot too bright, for low light conditions I prefer...I very much like the 2 MOA dot...in good light it is excellent, despite it's price point...IMHO...it's a bit like a mirrored sun glass lens...
...it has proven adjustable, repeatable, and durable, holding POI...it has a cool mount that goes both ways...it mounted the AP16 w/o any sort of adapter...it did ship with some rust on the fasteners...if it had 10 brightness settings in one color rather than 5 settings in red and 5 in green, it would be a better scope, IMHO of course...

...I tried another TRS 25 to replace the Barska but sent that one back...either it was not legit or they changed a lot...
...maybe I just got a lemon but the windage adjustment stuck, and the objective lens protruded from the forward housing...
...it was noticeably brighter that the Barska, and the dot could be made dim enough for dim light, but it is not the same scope as the one I have on the AR7...
