Recommended Optics for .25 Bobcat

Hi I'm Dakota this is my first post. Im looking for a scope to replace my Vortex PST 2.5-10x32 looking for something with more magnification and the obvious airgun related features like paralax adjustment. Im a stickler for high quality glass so the sub $400 variable magnification scopes usually aren't too great for me. Looking for anything over 10x magnification as I find it hard to place shots on a target smaller than 3 inches at 80-100 yards.

I was looking at the fixed SWFA scopes didnt realize their 3-15 was under $600 thanks a lot.

I looked at your video and it looked like the scope at 15x had some major chromatic abberation (primary colors separating) and I have that problem with my 2.5-10 at 10 power. Looking to try amd get rid of that weird quirk. Is it worse on the camera than in person?

What sort of price bracket are you looking at? The upper end scopes with proper low dispersion glass/coatings are the only real way nearly eliminate chromatic aberration.

I have a Delta Stryker HD.5-30x56 on my computer Crown. Incredible scope but then you're in $2000 range, and that's a bargain for the glass and mechanical quality it gives you. Still many are likely to feel it's major overkill for an airgun. I strongly back getting the best glass you can manage.

There are likely to be scopes at a lower price point that get rid of at least some/a lot of aberration (?SWFA HD series) but I have no experience with them. Best of luck!
