Recommended O Ring Kit

Hello Nation,

I'm looking for an o'ring set that will help keep my rifles up and going. I am aware that there are vendors that sell reseal kits for certain rifles, but I'm looking for something more comprehensive and less specific. I have a Zelos that lost 500 PSI overnight, so I need to identify the leak. I also have three other rifles that will inevitably need o'rings in the future. Any recommendations?

OK, my suggestion is to obtain the schematics for your various rifles then read through each schematic making notes of the O-rings specified. Once you have compiled your list/s go to one of the many O-ring vendors online and purchase what has been specified for each airgun. Yes you will end up with a good number of O-rings this way but there will be enough to reseal your guns several times and with a better quality O-ring than most OEM parts. Below are a couple of sites I use regularly:
1) https://www.oringsandmore.com/
2} https://www.theoringstore.com/store/

Just so you know, there are times finding a specific O-ring size and hardness can be a challenge. Good searching on the Internet can be your friend.

I was being silly. In reality, having an O-assortment on hand has proven valuable on many occasions. Well worth the price even if I only find uses for 5% of the sizes, but it doesn’t do much to stave off the need to order specific sizes for most reseal jobs. Where they come in handy is for stop-gap repairs of a single failed O-ring. Also, learning how to take an oversize O-ring and abrade it down is a fairly easy skill to develop that has saved the day many times. In other words, any Buna-N or Viton assortment you buy is likely to be useful even though it alone will be insufficient for a complete reseal job, therefore don’t let analysis paralysis drag things out too much in hopes the perfect kit exists.

I’ve been down the o ring rabbit hole as well. Of the several assortments of o rings I’ve purchased I don’t think any actually fit the problem airguns at the time. However I have used some on other industrial applications, so good to have. Kinda like tools , you never have enough.
I did order a bunch from McMaster-Carr and since the specs were mostly wrong on the problem gun they would take back the unopened packages which I took advantage of. I kept several packages of likely looking sizes and they refunded me for the extra ones. Anyway great company to deal with.
