Recommend scope mount

If given a choice I would go with the set up mentioned above first and second choice is the Sun Optics 1 piece fully adjustable rings they used to be called B Square and it fixed ANY droop and ANY windage issues for me when everything else failed just have to put nail polish on the adjustment threads when done. They are really affordable for what you actually get. I'm probably going back to those (Sun Optics formerly B Square AA adjustables) since FX No Limits reliability been questionable lately and Eagle Vision are just too high for some of my use.

I do have Sportsmatch adjustable rings too and they are great too but they are just too high in many applications for me.

If all else fails I use Burris Signature rings with polalign inserts on UTG Diana drooper 11mm to Picatinny adapters but doesn't have the recoil damper.

Hawke got lifetime warranty anyway right?

I had forgotten about the Burris Signature rings. I got a nice sporter at a gunshow, built on a Mexican Mauser action. It had a Picatinny rail which I did not care for so got some two piece bases and learned that whoever d/t the gun did not align the holes, so the rear was canted to one side.so the top of the bases were not parallel. A local gunsmith milled the rear base a little and brought it into alignment so I did have enough crosshair movement, but adjustment was near limit. I got a set of the Burris SIgnatures with a set of the eccentric inserts and played with it after centering the scope, and using a laser zero device to adjust the scope. Got it very close to zeroed just using the inserts, but it took a while.

I did a bunch of serching and could not find anything about modding the Diana bullseye zrr mount

I went to disassemble to flip the mounts front to rear. and discovered that they did not supply two of the four tiny set screws that secure the rings to the guide rods. somehow it stays together, I did check the manual and drawings that came with it and it does specify four of those little screws. I also managed to strip the socket head on the 3 screws that clamp to the rail.

I fired off an email to Pyramid stating what I had found.

I'm not sure the lack of those two screws would cause any tension that would favor one side, affecting my scope, but told them I was willing to try to make it work.
