Hi guys it's been awhile since I've picked up a airgun. Life and family sometimes make it impossible to get out and shoot. Anyway I used to belong to the old yellow board and I forget what the other board was named. Anyway I started my journey probably about 17yrs ago with a fx swift. Loved that gun it was very accurate. Sold it to a buddy and moved on to the monsoon, AZ rapids a bunch and finished with a edgun matador. Haven't shot in around 10yrs and when I pulled my edgun out it lost air. So I took it all apart and it's still on my bench. Will get the orings replaced and put it back together soon. Very accurate gun and will be passed on to my son. I decided I wanted a semi for myself which lead me to the huben. It ticked all the boxes for me short, adjustable power, slug shooter, quiet and a good hunting gun. I have a alkin and airhog tank that I use to fill this beast and so far I haven't filled the gun above 260bar because I haven't got around to firing up the compressor. My plan was to break the reg in with the 5500 jsb 18.1's I had laying around for 10yrs and then switch right to slugs. Well to my surprise they shoot dam good at 42fpe out of this little gun. So since I have them that will be the recipe for awhile. Here's some groups I shot yesterday at 53yrds and 103yrds.
53yrds 1/2" to 3/4"
103yrds
Can't say enough good things about Kelly. Great guy answer all my questions and delivered me a gun that required me 4 clickes up on the power wheel to achieve excellent accuracy. Sorry for the long post. Everyone have a great day.
