Really amazing consistency, these groups were shot at 22 yards using JSB 8.44 pellets. I’m going to try at 50 yards today if it’s not too windy. What an awesome springer.

It was lots of experimenting and hard work on my part… oh wait a minute, you told me about the rifle and the pellet didn’t you! Thanks Tommy it’s one of the best tips I ever got. Very satisfying shooting sessions.

Those are great air rifles indeed! Any 300S is pretty special, and the handling feel of the Mini without all the weight on the barrel is quite a bit different. Really makes for a much more fun plinker IMHO.

davelarson, nice shooting! My scoped 300S shoots, for example, FTT's in the lower 500 fps range. My HW97 is nearly as accurate as the FWB at 25 yds. but the extra 200+ fps. allows me to shoot the 97 more accurately at 50 yds. under real life conditions (i.e., not in a warehouse, lol!) Just my observation.
