Real World Experience with the Raptor Mini

Just bought a Raptor Mini .30 off the classifieds. It was cheap so I thought I’d give it a try. Does anyone have real world experience with the gun in .30 cal. I need to buy some ammo. What works well? Any other information appreciated. If you have anything negative to say that might be offensive to parties involved, please pass that on via PM feature.

Own a MINI ... It has been used as a .20 FT rifle, been used as .22 & .25 and .30 cal !!

The mini with its smaller plenum and IIRC @ 18" barrel in .30 cal as delivered is handicapped for power realistic to be at or below 80 fpe.

TJ's barrel which was factory spec does really well with JSB 44.75's shot in the 850/875 fps range.



PS, Worked for JSAR for a spell just as the covid chaos was ramping up a couple years ago.
