Interesting setup. MD is setting in making it difficult for me to lug stuff from the car to the bench. Hadn't thought about a rolling tool box. May have to investigate. . . . . .

 Not a rolling one.. The top box latches to the bottom one with the handle.. Easy to move and the tank can be stood up for filling while on the bench..
