Is there a sizing die for 22 pellets? I see all kinds of dings in my pellets and am sure that they effect accuracy.

I use this one. It’s tapered so it leaves the skirt a bit larger than the head dia.
So far I’ve been sizing to not touch the head (skirts only) but try various things to see what works best in your barrel

I am using this same conical bushing, I am resizing the head deep enough to get to a minimum mark from rifling, it will touch the skirt as well.
If you would roll test - the entire tin is the same.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious...maybe you need to buy different pellets, or pellets from a different source. I've settled in on FX diabolo pellets - made by JSB - and rarely come across an imperfect pellet.

I am not sure whom you MikeAllen addressed your comment just above, but my answer would be - I don'y care how the pellet looks like cosmetically holding in my hand but - I want a most consystent POI @ 100 from at least a hundred shots or the entire tin.
