Air Arms Re: LCS SK-19 Ripoff

I bought a LCS SK-19 from Airguns Of Airzona. A year later the trigger broke and will not work. AOA told me to send to LCS. I went to their web site, lcsairarmss.com and they have an email address and a "Whatsapp" phone number. I sent an email and Rickey sent me an address where to send it. He said it will take 3-4 weeks to repair. It's been over 5 weeks and Rickey will not respond to my emails. He also will not answer the messages I sent. I google earthed the address and it's the post office. I did a corporate search and LCS Air Arms does not exist. I'm screwed!

Well, they certainly exist, and they've been in business for years, so I don't think you're screwed. My guess is you'll get your rifle back eventually, it won't be the first time a service department has over-committed and under-delivered.

The street address they sent me is 5704 W Market St Greensboro, NC. That is the post office.

No news. I tried to find a lawyer in NC to sue them but nobody wants to take the case.

I'm glad you posted this. There are so many new cool airgun s. I often wonder if you can buy parts. I'm scared to get a airgun. I can't work on... This is really bad business I hope this is resolved...

LCS Air Arms LLC is registered to this address:

• Raleigh
• 27609

I know exactly where that is.. My old stomping grounds. It looks like this is a registered agent for the LLC with the task of forwarding information to the llc.. Might not be their address.
