RAW trigger stuck

Hello,

I had to remove the action from the stock on my 30 cal RAW. When I put it back in the stock the trigger is stuck. It's not on safe - I tried removing it from the stock and firing it while the stock was off, same problem. There's a screw under the trigger that seems to be stuck. See picture.

That doesn't appear to be the original trigger blade, so my perspective is a bit off. But, I think that is the second stage adjustment screw, and it should not be anywhere near that position, but rather below the surface of trigger plate. I assume you didn't back it out that much, so I can't imagine how it got in that position, or, that it would fire that way. i'm not surprised it is inoperable. I think you need to screw that one in all the way and start from there. You can remove the two pins holding the trigger assembly in the action and see better what the adjustments are doing.

Martin's new website - www.airguns-us.com has a telephone number where he may be reached. Apparently, he is starting a new business repairing and modifying the RAW range as well as most popular pcps. He will also create a new, custom air rifle from scratch for those well-heeled enough to pay the big bucks. Of course, anything he does will be of the highest quality.
