RAW Rapid RAW HM1000X hanging external plenum can any time be replaced with a gauge

Following are pics of the gun in which initially an external plenum of 33cc was installed. Later made an arrangement for a regulator pressure gauge.

If at anytime external plenum is not required, the gauge can be installed and it looks good.

It would be nice to have a gauge in that position, but it needs to be accurate.
Hence, don’t use the OEM RAW gauge there.

What gauge/thread size did you use, and how did you get it to seal to the block?

Hydraulic company had a fitting that goes into the block with the sealing washer that can take it to pipe thread to add a gauge that how I set up my reg when I owned a raw

Why not build a smaller plenum with a gauge. Possibly 15-20 cc while still retaining the clean look of the gauge remaining flush with the stock.
I’d prospect the possibility of milling the inside of the stock to try and retain as much of the extra plenum as possible.

Every user is different and has different requirements. I personally use a 33cc hanging plenum and there are threads at its bottom to install regulator gauge if needed. Otherwise a screw keeps that threaded hole sealed.
