Hey Mubhaur,
After watching the video again, the only question I have is "what holds the o-ring in place (sealing the poppet stem) on your version vs. the FX?" I know it's contained/held by the upgraded valve plug's recessed end, but what keeps it from moving rearward on the stem closer the the valve body?
On the "FX open valve", the valve's spring guide and return spring and are located (before) the stem's o-ring with its compression holding everything in place.
On your "RAW open valve", the guide and valve spring are located (after) the stem's o-ring and there's nothing holding it from moving up the valve stem towards the valve body?
I know the valve stem doesn't move forward much after the hammer strike, opening the valve, but this seems like the o-ring could move off its base (and leak).
You have made this change vs. the FX so that the valve spring can be replaced ...
Maybe this is a non-issue or I'm not understanding something?
Yeah Mubhaur,
I couldn't see and didn't hear .... that the stem sealing o-ring was already inside the main body - slipped into a wall cut out (groove).
Thanks ... how is that groove cut?
Hey Mubhaur,
Any updates regarding your hammer weight and spring tension findings?

I have done an other effort to become 100% successful. I have a lighter weight hammer now.
But after all my testing I find that the adjustable valve spring system has some bottleneck that sometimes gives inconsistency.
I cannot accept this inconsistency.

Bhaur,
Do you know which part is creating the bottleneck? Try to describe how this issue is occurring and why the change will fix it?
