RAW Rapid RAW aftermarket mags?

I just posted on qd fox thread regarding RAW mags that the magazines I bought were too thick for my RAW .30. Apparently the newer model magazine opening is 17 mm and the older (pre AirForce?) are 15mm. Does anyone make an aftermarket mags for the .30 RAW that are 15mm not 17mm? Stud, Maple, Orion and CARM are a no go, who else is there?

I contacted and purchased a couple from qd fox and he made some 15mm mags for my .22 RAW, so he has printed those sizes FYI....yes, the older breeches were 15mm and the newer ones 17mm.

You're welcome! The mags fit and work flawlessly 👍 and are easy to load. Yeah...the newer 17mm breeches came about because of the slug craze for heavier longer slugs I believe. I think he should be able to print them for you.

If you send Darko from Carm Magzines an Email he has .30 magazines in his files.
They are not on the website but he can print them.

@etiam.viviens , I will reach out to Darko in the near future, thank you! It seems the mag makers we know don’t have access to an “older” RAW for specs for the 15mm mags??

Orion my friend! I believe so because qd fox only had 17mm versions when I asked him if he could print 15mm sizes and I don't think he had a 15mm mag to go by....only the breech size lengthened in the newer versions for longer slugs so the magazines had to follow suit. Too costly to make a different breech that works that well and is simple.
