How much of a job is it to change moderators on a RAW? Cost? Will any of the vendors up grade the moderator on a new gun?

Was advised today that AF has changed RAW moderators, on at least some models, to a more familiar, baffled design. Apparently a lot of folks want to shoot a 60 fpe rifle in a 60 ft. backyard without the neighbors knowing.

If you can manage to find a Theoben Rapid MK2 Evolution silencer with factory Vortex add on screwed in endcap then that should make things quieter and not too ridiculously long.

just had this one made by bucketboy over on the R7OC carbon outer and ali insert for the pressure, very very quiet at around 890/900 fps in .25 have quite a few of his mods and shrouds worth tracking him down especially for the valves and ssg's he does for raws you can find him below:

If can get a wheirauch moderator, have it bored out to fit the raw barrel, for their size they work remarkably well.
The Theoben long series is also very good but as it’s name suggests, it’s longer
