Rat vs Nitesite wolf

Nodded off sitting out last night on farm behind wildcat with nitesite wolf and awoke to big bright eyes looking my way. Launched a 34gr .25 cal homing pellet 25y through hollow in concrete block and under ductwork to poke his eye out. Should have been good night but farm cat showed up and stole my job. I turned over the night to him.

Ha, ha, monkeyshine, when the Cooper’s hawk shows up at the farm my days shooting is done as well. It sure keeps the pigeons away when it perches on the silo. I don’t begrudge him at all.

I sit using my shooting table in back of my pickup to be mobile at different farms but night hunting is very relaxing to me with the night sounds and cool summer nights. You guys should try night hunting it opens up a new dimension too our airgun hobby.
