Two more for 2020, both at 45 yards, love watching their death dance through the scope. I never see more than a shadowy silhouette for these shots.

Rat Hit List 2020

These where shot during the day, where they come out there is some ambient light, but not enough to see details. I am not shooting these in total darkness. When shooting them at night I use a red or green light. The following image shows the area I’m shooting them in. The rat was shot where the arrow points it fell into the manure spreader.

Got this eight inch early will sit an hour and see what comes for dinner. Think my .30 cut him a bit. He was playing peekaboo with me but lost.

I thought I was going to get in on this this year. Lol After Monkeyshine....it would be like following Santana with a guitar. Lol. I am putting in work with the ATN now. Best bait you guys have found? I’ve been experimenting with various nuts. So far, a half handful of dry roast peanuts and a full handful of raw pumpkin seeds. A few pulses in a nutrabullet from the goodwill and it’s perfect. The particles are small enough they have to sit there to pack a cheek. Versus a few peanuts and the cheek is stuffed and they’re gone. Just don’t turn your nuts into butter. Lol No nut butter guys....

Ok, got one last night that might tie for length. My uncle said it is a cat....now to get a computer for me to post the videos from the ATN. I’m in the ol’ adage, “bought the cart before the horse” situation.

Here is one I took last week, not a real big one. I didn't think to measure it.

@Rokynutz, that is a huge rat. Where did you shoot this monster? Must be a good habitat for that sucker to get so huge.
