If you’re referring to my Kilo850, it’s my go to range finder. Just the other day I was groundhog hunting and was playing around ranging different things. I was ranging on little lumps of grass in the field with no problem.how do you like it??
How well does the Tidewe HD700E do on small targets like a squirrel? If you're looking at range finders at the high of a price point I would look into giving tidewe hd-700E a chance. They have their own site and are also sold on amazon. This model is the oled version and costs $88. You can range all the way to 800yds, and it give you very quick readings, it can do continuous readings as you move, and can give you angles, as well as reading speeds of which your target is moving. The IR is a bit cluttery but I don't find it annoying or too much.
It will do small targets, I haven't tried squirrels, but I've picked up iguanas at 146yds if that means anything to you.How well does the Tidewe HD700E do on small targets like a squirrel?
That's pretty darn awesome there. I've never used a range finder so I'll have to play with it and see what it can do.It will do small targets, I haven't tried squirrels, but I've picked up iguanas at 146yds if that means anything to you.
It's pretty good bang for buck. It will also read speed of moving object, you can track the distance by holding down the button, it will give you angles as well. That's pretty darn awesome there. I've never used a range finder so I'll have to play with it and see what it can do.
Yeah, my Tidewe HD-700E arrived Saturday and I played with it a few minutes. I like what I see from it so far. It read indoors in near darkness and seemed to be pretty accurate. Looking straight down off my back deck it read 0 yards despite it being at least 3 yards down to the ground. Now, learning how to use it for targets, whether they be paper, feathery or furry will be my next goal. It's pretty good bang for buck. Gotcha, good to read. The closest I've gotten it to read was about 2.5-3yds. And when I pair the distance and dial for it on strelok I'm either on the money or close enough to do a quick adjustement in my second shot.Yeah, my Tidewe HD-700E arrived Saturday and I played with it a few minutes.
