That other broken spring shot good broken as well. Just lost 50-100 fps kinda like it went UK on me ..lolYour making a good case for ownership of R-9
Another timg is how long has the spring bern broken before I heard or felt that snap/ crunch ? Maybe had one btoke spot then when i noticed that it then broke in the 2ed spot?

Could a guy expect this grouping with the .22 r9? Just got mine friday but can't shoot it till Monday.Seeing this performance at 50 is fantastic!

Dont see why not.. just more looping fue to heavier pellets , but being a hw / r9 i kinda expect good results. Pa had the r9 .22 in a $399 referb deal ( last i looked said one left ?). They also have a good rma on there stuff as well if it dont pan out. I aslo dont see that coupond excluded thing on them so maybe get some more off the price.

Sounds promising..and BTW that was me who just bought the 2nd to last r9 they have lol...The trigger itself is worth ot alone IMO.Ill keep ya posted on my results at the range ..I will going for 100 yards as well ...thanks

Sounds good . Clran the barrel good , give break in time , find a good pellet, start small and work your way up. Was not like i shoot 100 right out of the box.

Ditto, at 84+ I use 16x at 25 yards to be able to see the 1" bull. No way I could use iron sights.

My 50y squirrel fell off in the storm yesterday so i remounted him and took some head shots for a change of pace.. ( well one front foot to prevent him from running off)

Good shooting. Take care of those eyes. I’m about blind in left eye. Have surgery next week on right eye My good friend is like you. Lol he can’t hear worth a darn. But can see really good
