I had acquired a couple of these in 2019 from the AGN classifieds. The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. They fit the gun like a glove and aesthetically complimented the lines of the R5M Matador series. It was a simple drop in loading method, a classic design and my personal favorite. There was no question, to me, that not only was its creator an artist with an eye for proportion but an accomplished shooter with a simplistic yet functional vision of what was needed.
Six years later, after a long distance move, unable to locate them I was beside myself. I looked everywhere twice and no Joy was to be found. Knowing they were gone, I tried to find a replacement, and not knowing who its creator was, was an issue. I knew the type of design I was looking for and that was all. Not long after my Google search began I got a hit which directed me to a thread posted on Airgun Nation. Dated March 3rd, 2019 posted by cj_86. Low and behold I had struck Gold! CJ was the artist I had been looking for and he is a long time, trusted member of AGN to boot!
A courteous P.M. was sent followed by a polite & gracious accommodating reply. Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy! Replacement single shot trays on the way.
