R & L Airgun Supply - Great service!

I am from Arkansas and was visiting my daughter in Colorado. I decided to make a little side trip (without my wife!) to Pueblo to check out bullpups at R & L Airgun Supply - there is nothing better than being able to compare guns side by side and look at the pros and cons of each gun, shoulder and shoot various guns, and talk face-to-face with an expert.

In short, Matt of R & L was just the expert I needed. He spent about 2 hours with me, patiently answering my questions about various bullpups and making recommendations, shooting and comparing loudness between guns, and just generally being helpful. I left happy with a Taipan Veteran .22, UTG scope, extra mags, pellets, and a case!

Matt, many thanks again for all your help and I know where my next airgun purchase will come from!

I spoke with Matt twice on the phone, and both times he was patient, straight forward and knowledgeable. Waiting for the Taipan Veteran Long to get back in stock.

Alan - just curious - why the long over the standard Taipan?

I don't need it particular short (standard is 27 7/8, and long is 31 3/4) for my use case and height, waiting is fine with me, and I do appreciate the higher shot count and a little more power.

I also just ordered a Vulcan2 from R&L and talked to Matt. He seems very knowledgeable about all the PCPs he has in stock. Still waiting on delivery though.
