I get the point, so please don't think I'm being pedantic, but I think you mean "weight" instead of "size" because too much weight, depending on the barrel, can cause barrel droop. An unsupported barrel with too much mass on the end creates a lever against the breach-barrel section. Lighter is better.
My personal recommendation is the DonnyFL Ronin. If you check my post history I have an extreme favorable bias to Donny because he's top notch. I had an issue where, potentially because of my fault, a Koi in .22 was clipping with my Commander. I posted here on the forum asking other members for help and Donny responded, sent me an entirely new Koi in .25, paid for the shipping, and told me to keep the old one. I gave the old one to my father and it works great for him without clipping at all. That's the kind of service and treating people kindly that makes me personally recommend his company's products.
The Concept Lite shroud is thin and I don't have drooping issues. I really think the Ronin is the "right size" for your setup. My Koi on my Commander was pretty mouse fart quiet from 6' away and from 15' all you hear is the pellet whizzing through the air.
If you check my post history I recently shared my home range. I shoot off a bipod on a table under a covered porch. If you step off the porch and walk 20 yards the only thing you hear is "zeeeeEEEEeeeeEEE" as the pellet flies and a metallic clank when it hits the spinner target 55 yards away.
Hope this helps. Many folks have opinions on sounds and they're all equally important it's just my experience with Donny himself going above and beyond, even volunteering to help, made me a customer for life.
