Quieter than quiet GK1?

Hey all, I’m looking for some mod recommendations for the Huben GK1. I’ve got mine tuned for 1 mag, ~45 fpe and the buck rail mod I’m using currently isn’t really up to the job at this power level. Width is an issue here to not block line of sight, length not an issue at all. The combo of short barrel, high power, and shroud instead of direct barrel attachment makes this tricky, so I’m all ears to any advice. Thanks!

Forgot to post this earlier but the 6.5” oval mod from subscriber is printed and installed! Compared to the buck rail I was using before, the 2 decibel meters on either side of my head are giving great sound readings.😜

In case it’s not clear from the picture, any advice on good scope mounts? The goofy arrangement here has somehow held zero so far… but definitely needs something proper!

One again many thanks to subscriber and torquemaster for their work on these mods, not to mention open sourcing for all to enjoy.

The gun makers insist on making rails that waste our money (because they make them in 2 or more standards: picatinny, dovetail, and then some.... 🤦🏻‍♂️)

Instead of buying both picatinny and also dovetail rings and/or mounts — I finally decided to only buy picatinny rings/mounts — and buy adapter rails: dovetail-to-picatinny adapter rails.

The photo shows my GK1 with the EagleVision adapter rail, it's 5.9" (15cm) long.
It's well made. Not cheap.
And there are China versions that are more economical.

Right now my GK1 wears a Leopold RDS dot sight that gives me a very small 1 MOA dot — good for longer range shots at low ilumination level.
It's a very quick shot....
This dot sight comes with finger-adjustable turrets for my longer shots.
A 1MOA dot and adjustable turrets are both rare to find in a dot sight — both together almost impossible. 😃
