Just used my new Omega Air Charger. It is super quiet. Sit next to it when running and carry on a normal level conversation. This is very important here as I live in a condominium situation. Self contained liquid cooled with radiator, huge slow motor low amperage. This is essentially a giant electric powered hand pump. Brilliant design. The owner of the company is a fellow enthusiast. Hardair interviewed him at an airgun show last year.
