Is there a quick release setup that can be adapted to mount to an 11mm rail? I'd like to be able to switch scopes/accessories back and forth without having to re-set everything back up. Is there such a thing?

This will convert any weaver picatinny rails to dovetail. They are spring loaded so usually will stay on the ring bases when removed.

UTG also makes some inexpensive adjustable lever action rings that werq well.

I have the quick release with UTG. They are pretty good and save a LOT of Time. I re-dial my scope at 30yrd zero everytime after just to make sure it still hands on the "my head hur..." spot. I at first didn't think I would like them but now I find them indispensable

Yes, I installed these UTG .22/Airgun to Picatinny/Weaver Low Pro Snap-in Adaptor 4712274529052 | eBay inside the bases of a couple of sets of Leupold QD rings that fit to a Picatinny rail, so I could use the scopes on a couple of Marlin 39a Mounties with the factory tip of mount (3/8") They work great.and do not add any height to the scope mount.

If your 11mm rail is machined accurately parallel to the barrel centerline I would suggest mounting some picatinny rail permanently, and use a scope/ring integrated quickconnect.
