For about 4 bucks, I purchased an arm play holder used in a variety of sports. I’m using this to hold my range cards for the guns I’m taking on our upcoming prairie dog hunt.
The range cards I made by zeroing the guns at 75 yards, then shooting at 100 yards and establishing the drop. I input the information about the guns into Chairgun. I adjusted the BC to match the actual difference between POA and POI.
I then made a simple Excel file and printed the range cards. Now I can range the target, quick reference the holdover and place the shot.
Last year, I simply screenshot the reticle image and taped it to the sunshade. That method worked OK but ideally you want the reference to be distance to mildot, not the other way around.
Hopefully, this will help make your shooting more accurate.
