Questions on donnyfl ldc

1. I have a impact x 25 cal. If I get the end cap fx m20x1. Would it thread straight to the shroud on the impact?

2. How does the Donny fx/tango sound compare to the impact stock ldc? Is it worth the extra $100?

3. Do Donny sell the Donny fx or does that only come with the dreamline? I don't see the Donny fx ldc on his site.

4. Donny fx vs tango? I plan to used max of 5 inches ldc. Do not plan to have a longer ldc. So my choice is between the Donny fx and tango. Which one is more quiet? So I can decide to get one.

FYI I have never used a donny ldc before so I have zero experience with it.

Nice joke but the point of using a mod/ldc is not for personal use. I don't care how loud my airgun is, it's not gonna damage my hearing. The point of using a mod/ldc is so others around you do not hear it and look out to see you shooting a gun and freak out and call the cops on you. Or some neighbor just don't like loud sound and will get mad if you're shooting on your backyard. It's to be as quiet as possible and please the neighbors.

The point of using a mod/ldc is so others around you do not hear it and look out to see you shooting a gun and freak out and call the cops on you. Or some neighbor just don't like loud sound and will get mad if you're shooting on your backyard. It's to be as quiet as possible and please the neighbors.

The ear muffs are a great suggestion but like you said, it's for personal use. You could go a much cheaper route and hand these out to the neighbors. I found a 50 pack of these on Amazon for $12.99; https://www.amazon.com/Howard-Leight-MAX-1-Earplugs-Reduction/dp/B07Q2NVH1V/ref=sr_1_8

Fantastic idea LMNOP, the only weakness I can see there is no guarantee all of the neighbors will use the earplugs. 99% probably will agree to it though.

Go with the Donny Du moderator. I have used them for years and never found anything that was quieter. As for fit, just go to his website and click on the contact button. He answers questions about his products.
