Question about ordering from Krale.

Ya, but you could be unlucky and be that random check guy ..

Regarding those mentioning drivers license and passport I guess I dont get that. I placed an order with them about a week ago and that wasnt required. I would imagine I won't see my order for awhile given I am in the U.S. Had never ordered from them before.
During my first gun order with Krales, was notified picture ID required, had to check a box acknowledging I understood order would be taken but no shipping until ID provided. If you ordered a gun and never provided ID, it's likely they haven't shipped. All you need to do is forward a picture of your Driver's License. WM

May want to contact them, never heard of them shipping a gun without the DL. If it’s been a week it hasn’t shipped, usually 3 days to the US.

Krale.
My favorite part in the Nether regions.
In Denmark all airguns are FAC, but without having a hunting licence or a membership of a club, you can just get .177 when you are 18.
Mind you most shops here only carry .177 and maybe a few .22 and .25 for the ones with permissions in order.

Mind you, sales tax at Krale are 17 % as i recall, in Denmark it is 25%, of course if you are outside the EU you dont have to bother with that either place.

When I ordered my first P35 from Krale I did not pay a duty. They are under $500. Then I bought two more and was assessed the customs fee. UPS collected it before transporting the rifles in the U. S.. My guns were stuck at customs for a few days due to a lack of a shipping invoice. UPS said they told Krale but they didn't respond. I got Krale to send it to me and I sent it to UPS in the manner they requested it and the issue was resolved. When the guns arrived there was a shipping invoice on the box. It seems like the issue was at customs but why didn't UPS point out the invoice was on the box? Why did Krale not respond to UPS but were quite responsive to me? Still not sure exactly what happened.

I think Krale is fine to deal with but I wouldn't just "hope for the best" if you see your gun parked at customs. You will not get a very descriptive notice but the gun will not move for several days. If that happens, I would start calling. I sent a couple emails to Krale but they never replied. I think they would have but I was impatient and just called them. I only knew what the issue was because I spent an hour on the phone getting somebody at UPS to talk to. Their automated system was useless. Krale was very responsive over the phone and spoke English very well. The call didn't even cost me anything, possibly because I was at home and my phone was using the internet. Krale was helpful but seemed to have the attitude that when the gun left their shop their job was done. I think their job is done when I have it and it is OK.

I sent a scan of my drivers license both times to Krale.
