Question about cast bullets

Okay here is my question I shoot 457 bullets in my texan ss I got another lee mold bullets are 456 I put them threw 457 sizing die but they will not go in to breech of gun is 456 bigger help greatly appreciated

Should the bullet fit really tight

I'd slug that barrel to see exactly what size you need.

Did you put any sort of lube on them?

Yes lubed non petroleum based lube

I don't have or shoot a big bore air rifle but have spent a number of years shooting cast bullets in C.F. guns and have wondered if something like the Lee Liquid Alox or maybe www.lsstuff.com makes a 45-45-10 liquid lube, if one of these would help the big bore guys with cast bullets? The Lee liquid alox does not ever completely dry but the lsstuff, 45-45-10 does and would be my first choice. Just a thought.
