What do you recommend? I have seen some good recommendations before, but I did done forgot. I’m thinking leather bags, back and front set. Thanks.

That's what I use. I filled the small one with sand, and the large one with poly beads, so its a lot lighter but still solid and study. and it dries a lot faster.

Canvas shot bag filled with non-clumping kitty litter. If sewn tight there is no dust. These bags are getting harder to find now though as shot has gotten so expensive many have stopped reloading shot shells. Might check around at Forrest City G.C.? Uj

I’m with UJ. We bought one like he is describing from RL a couple of years back when we were passing through Colorado. No clump kitty litter sewn up tight. Works great.

No matter what you buy the MEDIA IS MOST IMPORTANT. SAND AND LEAD SHOT works best. You don't want those bags to budge at all so heaviest the better.

Thanks y’all. Will look at these options and decide. What I was after was something like the Protektor listed above. I already have the Dead Shot set, but it’s getting weathered and was looking for an “upgraded” set if you will.

I had one of those, the stitches gave in after a while, I bought another one but I’m not using it as often as my Caldwell Stinger.

For large bags I use Tractor Supply horse bedding ( corn cob pellets ) about $10,00 for 50# it will not hold moisture. Will not clump or make dust like kitty litter. Mice and rats want chew on bag like they do with beans or rice. It is medium weight compared to sand or lead shot. You can also use fish tank gravel. MM
