Q to my EU Friends with machine shop

I received recently my two Trrobb pellet sizers in .22 and .25.

The smaller is kind a OK finish on the cone, but the larger .25 is a disaster. This thing cannot work like that.
This conical hole cannot polish, this needs to recut.
{as a sidenote I decided I don't ewant to feed a postmen, not sending back, and based on some others feedback here at AGN even a replacement I shall not have better expectations}

And here it gets weird, I was looking for a 1 degree tapered cutter so I can fix this conical hole on my micro mill...
In Canada I can get these tapered cutters only in inches and the sizes are weird, 3/16" (0.1875"=4.76mm) or 1/4" (0.25"=6.35mm) on tip, and nothing in between.
So I toke this piece to a friends machine shop yesterday and not good, toke it back today again until we butchered it now the hole got way too large = not for .25 anymore.
So I will be making a new part on my micromill tomorrow.

I want now to order a metric 1 degee tapered endmill 6mm on tip flute length at least 25mm but longer better. Material doesn't matter highspeed toolsteel or vidia=carbide, I need it inexpensive, for one time use.
Can you help me with a supplier from EU I don't know how to search over there?

I have Imperial taper pin reamers I brought from RDG tools in the UK. Their 1/4" size tapers from about 0.21 to 0.265, and I have used it to make dies for both .22 and .25. The taper is standard 0.25 inches per foot, so the skirt will be larger diameter than the front band.

Thanks, these taper pin reamers looks like a good idea, but I need a 5mm for .22 and a 6mm for .25, the fraction sizes are much less or much more.

Edit: I just finished my order from aliexpress for a set five sizes 3-8mm. Looks like this will be a winter project.

My set goes from 1/8" to 9/32" and has been used to make sizing dies for .177, .198, .22, and .25.
The largest one was used to ream a tapered seat in a replacement bolt for a 7mm Giffard rifle.
The problem with most sizing dies is that the entrance is chamfered and needs to be radiused.
