It turns out they just sent me a poppet from a Stormrider, which, I had already said not to, because, I knew it wouldn't fit. That is worse than just saying they didn't have it because now I lost another week. Typical. Going above and beyond would have involved actually checking that it was the right part, especially after being informed that the Stormrider poppet was not the right one.
I was looking for a part for my P15 and requested one from P.A. who intially told me that don't have any parts. I pointed out that they should probably get some as they will need them for warranty work and that a lot of us airgunners prefer to work on our own guns and making the parts available to us would make everybodies life easier. I thought that I was just venting and that was the end of it. I am very pleased to say that I WAS WRONG. I just got a follow up email telling me that the part is in the mail to the address on record to my account. Now That Is Customer Service! Hats off to Pyramyd Air!
